Shortfill E-liquid Shortfill are bottles of e-liquid that has 0Mg nicotine content. They are also not filled to the top, hence the term "Shortfill", this is so that you can pour in a bottle of Nicotine Shot, to give you the desired Nicotine strength should you desire.
